Alan Munde, Elliott Rogers interview on XM Radio Track By Track

Elliott and I traveled to Nashville in early March and recorded this show for XM Satellite Radio.  Track By Track host Kyle Cantrell interviewed Elliott and me and played all the cuts from the Alan Munde Gazette's recent CD Made to Last.  The CD is selling well and getting played around the country and world.  This is a chance to hear it all and the stories behind the songs - not to be missed.  Wednesday, April 8, 11am (ET); Sunday April 12, 11 am (ET); Tuesday April 15, 9 pm.  www.xmradio.com

Bluegrass Workshop - La Grange Rouge, France

Bluegrass Concert, Lovington, NM

Lovington, NM is celebrating its founding with a series of concerts.  The Alan Munde Gazette is happy to be a part of this outdoor event.  It will be held on the courthouse square with the concert starting at 6:30 - picking happening during the day with an open mic.  Steve Smith in addition to playing in the Gazette will have his own band Hard Road there.  It will feature one of my heroes Wayne Shrubsall on banjo.  Come on out.  www.leacomuseum@leaco.net

Bluegrass Festival - Hope, Arkansas

Banjo Workshop - Madison, Wi.

Camp Bluegrass - Levelland Texas

One of the grandaddy's of music camps, this event is in its 23nd year. The camp features instruction in all the bluegrass band instruments plus vocals. The banjo faculty is composed of me; "Banjo for Dummies," author and fantastic player, Bill Evams; Mr. Acoustic Plus, Gerald Jones; and "Big Bandjo" herself, Beth Mead; Anne Luna running the children's camp; Dede Wyland conducting the vocal classes; Elliott Rogers, Dan Miller, Tim May on guitar; Nate Lee and Steve Smith, mandolin; Megan Lynch and Ed Marsh on fiddle; Bill Honker, bass; Steve Williams teaching Dobro.
